Terms of Use
Effective date: October 14, 2026
These terms apply to every app made by Bhata LLC ("we," "our," or "us"): SprayTally, HaulTally, My Lists, Migrawise and BreathX. Apple's Standard License Agreement also applies to apps downloaded from the App Store. If the two differ, these terms add to Apple's agreement and don't replace it.
Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using our apps, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the apps.
Using our apps
You may use our apps for personal use and, for apps made for work such as SprayTally and HaulTally, for your business. You may not copy, modify, resell, or redistribute the apps, or reverse engineer them, except where the law allows it.
Subscriptions and purchases
Some apps offer optional subscriptions or one-time purchases. They are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store; we never see or store your payment details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Free trials, where offered, turn into a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can manage or cancel in the Settings app → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
No ads
Our apps do not show advertising.
Your data
Your information stays on your device and, if you turn it on, in your own iCloud account. How each app handles data is explained in its privacy policy: SprayTally, HaulTally, and My Lists, Migrawise and BreathX. You are responsible for keeping your own backups.
Not professional advice
Our apps are tools for keeping your own records. They do not give legal, tax, financial, or medical advice.
- SprayTally never recommends pesticide products, rates, or amounts. Always follow the product label. State record templates are a guide only and may be incomplete or out of date; you are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.
- HaulTally helps you track loads, expenses, and miles. It is not tax or accounting advice; check with a tax professional.
- Migrawise is a personal diary. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
- BreathX is for relaxation. Stop if you feel dizzy or unwell, and ask your doctor if you have a medical condition.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the apps, including trying to access areas you're not allowed to, interfering with how they work, or using them for anything illegal.
Intellectual property
The apps, their design, and their names and logos belong to Bhata LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. Your own records belong to you.
Disclaimer
The apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep them reliable, but we can't promise they will always be error-free or available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Bhata LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits, or fines, arising from your use of the apps. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending use
You can stop using an app at any time by deleting it and canceling any subscription. We may stop offering an app or end access if these terms are broken.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The new version will appear on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the apps after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
