My Lists: Multipurpose

The short version

My Lists does not collect any of your data. There's no account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Your lists belong to you.

Where your lists are kept

Your lists, items, prices, dates and templates are stored on your device. If you use iCloud, they are also kept in your own private iCloud account so they appear on your other devices. Bhata LLC can't see, read or access them.

Sharing with family

When you share a list, Apple's iCloud sharing makes that list available to the people you invite (or anyone you send the link to, if you choose "Anyone with the link"). They can see that list and your first name as shown by iCloud. You can stop sharing or remove people at any time; a member can leave a shared list at any time.

Reminders, widgets and Siri

Reminders are scheduled on your device. Widgets and Siri read your lists on your device to show them or add items. None of this is sent to us.

Purchases

Any purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details.

No ads, no tracking

My Lists contains no advertising, no third-party analytics and no tracking tools, and it doesn't use your data to profile you.

Deleting your data

Delete a list in the app to remove it from your devices and iCloud. To remove everything, delete My Lists from your devices, then in the Settings app go to your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → My Lists → Delete Data.

Children

My Lists is suitable for everyone. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear here in the app and on our website, with a new date.

Migrawise: Migraine Tracker

Effective date: October 7, 2026

The short version

Migrawise does not collect your data. There's no account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Bhata LLC can't see your entries, and nothing is sold or shared.

Where your entries are kept

Everything you log (migraines, pain levels, symptoms, triggers, food, daily check-ins, medicines and notes) is stored on your device. If you use iCloud, it is also kept in your own private iCloud account so it appears on your other devices. Only you can access it.

Weather and location (optional)

If you turn on weather, Migrawise uses your approximate location when a migraine starts (and every few hours if you turn on pressure alerts) to get the air pressure and weather from Apple's weather service. Your location is not saved. Only the weather results are stored with your entry.

Apple Health (optional)

If you turn on Apple Health, Migrawise saves your migraines and headaches to Health and reads your sleep. If you also turn on Period cycle, it reads your period days to show whether migraines cluster around them. Health data stays in Health and on your device. It is never used for advertising or shared with anyone.

Reminders, widgets and Siri

Reminders and alerts are scheduled on your device using standard iPhone notifications. Widgets, the Control Center button and Siri read and add entries on your device. None of this is sent to us.

Exports and doctor reports

Spreadsheets and doctor reports are created on your device and go only where you choose to send them.

Purchases

Migrawise Pro (monthly, yearly or lifetime) is purchased through the Apple App Store. All payments are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.

Crash reports

Migrawise contains no analytics or crash-reporting tools. If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone's settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports.

Not medical advice

Migrawise is a personal diary. Its patterns and reports describe only your own entries. They are not a diagnosis, treatment or medical advice.

Deleting your data

Delete entries in the app at any time. Deleting Migrawise removes its data from your device. To remove the iCloud copy, in the Settings app go to your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Migrawise → Delete Data. Headaches saved to Apple Health can be deleted in the Health app.

Children

We don't knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

BreathX

About BreathX

BreathX is a calming breathing and mindfulness app designed to help users relax, reduce stress, and practice mindful breathing.

Your information stays on your device

BreathX does not collect personal data, and there's no account. What you enter in the app (breathing sessions, custom exercise settings, reminders, mood check-ins and gratitude journal entries) is stored only on your device and is never sent to us.

Apple Health (optional)

If you turn on "Save sessions as Mindful Minutes" in BreathX Settings, BreathX saves the start and end time of each breathing session to Apple Health. BreathX only writes this data; it never reads your health data, and it does not use it for advertising or share it with anyone.

Reminders

Reminders are scheduled on your device using standard iPhone notifications.

Crash reports

BreathX contains no analytics or crash-reporting tools. If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone's settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports.

In-app purchases

BreathX offers optional subscription plans (monthly and yearly, with a free trial for new subscribers) to unlock premium features. All purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store. We do not have access to your payment details.

Advertisements and data sharing

BreathX does not display ads and does not share data with advertisers, marketers or analytics companies.

Deleting your data

Deleting BreathX from your device removes all data stored by the app. Sessions saved to Apple Health can be deleted in the Health app.

Children's privacy

BreathX is suitable for everyone. We do not collect personal data from anyone, including children.
