Privacy Policy for HaulTally

Bhata LLC ("we") built HaulTally as a commercial app. This policy explains what information the app handles.

INFORMATION YOU ENTER

HaulTally stores the information you enter in the app: load details (rates, miles, deadhead, status), expenses (amounts, categories, receipt photos), and mileage/odometer entries. All of this data stays on your device. We do not operate servers that receive or store your data, and we cannot see it.

IN-APP PURCHASES

HaulTally offers an optional subscription with a free trial, processed entirely by Apple through In-App Purchase. We do not collect, see, or store your payment information.

WHAT WE DON'T DO

• No accounts or login — the app has no user accounts.
• No advertising in the app and no ad tracking.
• No third-party analytics or crash reporting.
• We do not sell your information. We have nothing to sell — your data never leaves your device.

DELETING YOUR DATA

Your data lives only on your device. Deleting the app permanently deletes your data.

CHILDREN

HaulTally is a business tool for adults and is not directed at children under 13.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
